Unfortunately 9th gen held on to power for so long that the next 3-4 leaders will already be at/past graduation age and just running out the clock.
Nonaka's already 26, Maria will be 26 if she becomes leader by 2027. Akane will be 25. Reina will be 26
Ise made leader at 21, Tako will be leader at 21 or 22.
15th gen might sniff leadership in 3 years 2028.

They should do what Up Up Girls does and graduate all the veterans (except Homare, 16th and 17th) and start fresh with new 4 members as a new MM. Homare is the leader.

They shouldn’t have delayed Fukumura’s graduation for so long… Thanks covid.
I just hope the Miki era brings freshness to the group while also inheriting (and improving) the steps Eripon has made for the group. My fears with a Sakura or Maria leadership was things going back to what they used to be - those worries are now delayed until further notice.

I mean, at least they promised Yumigeta that the junior can pick whichever bento they want to eat right? That is a big reform already accomplished by Eripon.

^Do the juniors still have to change their hairstyle if a senior wants that style?
