Considering Kono Chikyuu seemed to be promoted as the main a-side, they perform the hell out of Kare to Issho ni.

Granted Kare to Issho ni had better line distribution than Kono Chikyuu so I don't really mind but.

Kare to issho ni is way more playful and interactive (not the right word but can't think of another right now) with the audience than Kono chikyuu. It's also a SayuReina lead. (盛り上がる is the word I'm looking for. Kono chikyuu isn't really that type of song.) I doubt A-side/B-side/Double A-side matters at all when it comes to "making setlist-time" though.
