The setlist... is fine.
I think I expected some more older songs since Reina said she wanted to show her 10 years worth of discography, but I guess that's saved for the final. I think I'm most excited for the first part (the newer singles) plus the medley. The middle is a little meh.

Especially Pyoko Pyoko. It's basically the Waratte You of the Colorful Character Tour (of it not having the two senior members perform it).

I like how the Reina grad song sounds completely unique to what we had before. It isn't that sad for once.

I mean, we had rock-ish music before (Never Forget, Jishin Motte Yume wo Motte Tobitatsu Kara), but this one, if later the music was modified to guitars and the other instruments, it completely fits Lovender's style they have been playing so far.

For me this just means that the agency has recognized her significant contributions to the group and even after giving her a great honor by naming a concert tour after her, they still felt the need to reinforce that notion by pretty much spelling out that they'll be lucky if every other members has a part of Sayu's spirit inside her.

I've never been much of a Sayu fan and she's even been my least favorite member at times and even I'm really impressed by her as a leader.
