Biyuuden supposedly was made for Rika after she graduates but... how long did they last again?

I have faith that Reina's band, uhh... LovendoЯ I mean(typing backwards letters are such a pain lol), would not go out the same way though . Musically, Reina definitely has the chops for it and she seems a lot more personally invested in it too.

4 years, but then the Elder Club graduation was probably part of the reason they disbanded.

Also, now I want Miki in a rock band.

I think Reina's band has a chance to make it, especially if they market more like Scandal than AKB

huh I didn't even realize they last that long. I only paid attention to them until Kurenai no Kisetsu so that's... 04-05ish?

Can't wait to have previews or anything about how they LovendoЯ's gonna sound. I don't mind covers as long as they did it justice but they had to at least have one of their own song for their nationwide tour next month, right?

i meant it would have been awesome for OG's to graduate into their own musical acts, not necessarily needing them to be rock bands. Rika in v-u-den and KagoTsuji in W, and Yossy in Ongaku Gatas would have been great examples if only their existence wasn't so (as it later turned out) dependent on them remaining in Hello! Project. even Ongaku Gatas who continued outside of H!P didn't do much once Elder Club was graduated.

so yeah.. Koha, Eri, Jun, Lin, Aichan, Gaki (not Aika cuz she's still in H!P) would have been much less painful graduations if they had moved on to their own groups or solo careers. and not even necessarily all of them.. but if a few of them had been given similar opportunities after their graduations, that would have been amazing.

I consider Melon Kinenbi as a rock band/group. They lasted 10 years without any change to their lineup. But I only got to know them in their final year Had no idea they were going to dispand that year.

Also... I know this was not what you meant, but man I can so not see any other OG go into a rock band, now that I think of it haha.

That haven't already been in non-idol bands? (like Sayaka, Yoshi, Rika, Maki, and Asuka)

I could see in the OG:

Natsumi (done rocking solo stuff)
Miki (done rocking solo stuff)
Makoto (would make a good glam rocker)
Aika (she could join the punk rock band that that does odes to her)
Mari (she could do a project where she teaches a bunch of elementary school kids how to rock and fronts the band)

In the current MM I could see Erina and Haruka eventually rocking out.

It looks like a Harry Potter character name and sounds like a Spanish prostitution joke but I'm happy they finally have a name and official image. Can't wait to hear their music. It seems like they're jumping the gun just a little by announcing a tour without so much as releasing a single...

Actually I thought about it for a while and I love the name. I have high hopes for this band. The girls are gorgeous as well <3
