I said a young Nagasawa, and was mainly comparing their faces. But Nagasawa's boobs didn't come in at 13 did they? She didn't start her GoMaki yogurt regimen until her 20s, I think.

And with all of that frill going on in Rinapuu's costume, they may just be hidden under there somewhere.
