Haruka - She started pretty weak, the first line sounded like she was talking. She really didn't sound very good till the chorus, which I enjoyed. I like Haruka's voice a lot though, the husky low quality is much needed in Morning Musume.

Zukki - I enjoyed her song pick IMMENSELY. She sounded strong, Only going flat few times for very short periods. Zukki is so talented and it shows in this performance. I would have loved to hear her sing the whole damn thing, honestly.

Eripon - Eripon is NOT a strong singer, but this was a good song choice for her actually. During the verses she kinda sounded like Koharu which freaked me out a bit. It's not a strong performance but it's not bad. She sounds like she's having a lot of fun and I got into it for that.

Sayumi - Oh Sayumi, this wasn't very good. HOWEVER, the meaning behind it means more than the actually vocals I think. The fact she picked Eri's song as a tribute to her was so, so sweet and you could feel the meaning behind it even before she broke down crying.

Haruna - PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER GURL. It was sweet that she was crying because of Sayumi. She didn't do half bad till she broke down in tears. The Chorus was a mess but I attribute that to the fact she was crying. That whole section with the "Hoo hoo hoo hoo's" was actually good and the part she had no music was sung right on till the last note where she went flat.

Mizuki - Held it together a lot better than Haruna if she was crying. Mizuki, I always felt, was a good singer and she did really well with this song choice. I don't really have any critiques for her, she did pretty much flawless.

Masaki - Surprised me! This was actually pretty decent. I think she is going to be a STRONG singer in the future if this is any indication. I could already hear that potential coming out in this performance. I was really impressed. I think she's going to end up singing a lot like Eri, sweet but strong and controlled. Her stamina is really bad though, she was tired by the end of her set XD

Ayumi - poor song choice. I know she's trying to get better, but this is definitely a song for those who are already good. And since I know how it's supposed to sound thanks to Risa singing it forever and always, Ayumi's performance was lackluster. Her voice was all over the place. The parts where she hit, her voice sounded good, but she cannot sustain notes longer than a second and that's a bit grating. WHEN she got the note, her voice was pretty - higher than I expected.

Riho - I had no idea how hard a song Kimagure Princess was to sing until I heard Riho sing it. She sounds so out of her depth it's ridiculous. Some good news is that when she hit those notes in the chorus, her voice was strong. The chorus was pretty good, her strong voice came out. I hope they develop that strong vocal that Riho is getting and they don't try to soften it up to an idol like voice.

Reina - Did fine. What can I say? XD Reina's taken all the criticism and used it to be a good singer. I will say I prefer when she sings lower like here than when she tries to idol it up

Best to least Best:
Zukki --> Reina --> Mizuki --> Masaki --> Haruka --> Riho ---> Haruna ---> Eripon ---> Sayumi ---> Ayumi

Maybe I don't expect as much from her? But I would definitely put Shige's pre-tears-vocal in the top half of the performances.

Also I love Koe so much I don't really care who sings it. Even 2004 Risa.

Was it Riho --> Mizuki --> Haruna --> Haruka for the first part? None of them could really hit the low notes, but none of them did particularly bad. The chorus was kind of a mess though. Riho totally nailed Aichans final line though. NAILED IT.
