On this day, Iikubo is put on the chopping block. Iikubo, who has an earnest personality, tends to focus on memorizing the choreography and she can’t quite get the rhythm down. In order to remember the next step while dancing, she has to grasp the rhythm fully. Despite the instructor’s gentle coaching and no matter how many times she tries, Iikubo just can’t do the dance and finally, she starts crying, unafraid of what others would think! While sobbing, she practices the rhythm over and over.

Perhaps the fact that Iikubo so far has been making great effort in the shadows is something that the spectators don’t know about. However, even if she looks back on history, I want her to use this as a springboard and take flight as an idol.

”It’s useless if you cry,” the instructor encourages her, but Iikubo is probably miserable about her own inadequacy. I wonder what’s on the mind of Iikubo, who started out as a model and got here having walked an elite path.

Uh can we all just pause on Haruna's greatness. She tries so hard it makes her cry and she KEEPS GOING EVEN THOUGH SHE'S CRYING. She practices through her tears, damn determined to get it. Most people would turn into a puddle of tears and snot if they failed and started to cry, but she KEEPS GOING.

Doing it while they're crying? No. I've seen them cry, take a break to stop crying, then try again OR Cry after it was over, but I've never seen them just Cry while practicing at the same time.

Yall need to cut Haruna some slack, you're so harsh with her

I've nothing against Haruna, she is great for trying so hard. But i can't imagine a single positive thing to be gained by crying while practicing.
It just makes it hard to watch and probably makes it harder for the girls learn imo. Maybe i'm just imagining it wrong though, she probably doesn't really sobbed hysterically during practice lol more like getting teary eyed or something

Dunno why people are being harsh with Haruna. I know she's less popular and I understand why since when she first joined she was my least favorite Kyukkie Jyukkie, but now I love her. She has a great personality and she's really trying hard and improving. Thinking that she is awesome for something doesn't take away from the other girls. All of the girls are great and yes even Riho!

MM manager says Ayumi sprained her left ankle and was on a crutch, hopping around. so she was sitting down for today's BS-Summer Party Stacy party event and will be sitting at tomorrow's event tomorrow too. she will participate. she is just fine.
