Well, Brazil has the largest amount of japanese outside Japan and there're a lot of citys arround here that are dominated by Japanese culture. So karaokes are somehow common arround here and also there're some nation wide competions. By the looks of that video and by the guy's singing, I can say that he's competing.

Too bad that there aren't many idols fans arround here. There aren't many people that knows or likes Morning Musume or even other groups such as AKB48 and MomocloZ.
