what amped said, i think you're talking about Kaneko Rie.
Take-chan's hair was a little longer up until she joined S/mileage. she had it short (almost her current length) for a little while as an egg, but then let it grow out again. i was going to link to some examples but there's too many and not sure if you need/want them.. if you do, just check the H!O picboard for her name and go back to Page 3. :]
