...and for good reason. I would guess that surreptitiously recording a prepubescent child is probably illegal in Japan and maybe some other countries as well, and besides, other than that there is a clip out there on youtube of a pretty girl sitting/standing at a ball game who may/may not be makino ten years old, being secretly recorded by a perv, is there any info to take away from that?

Yeah even I kinda felt like a creep watching it because one, I can't even really tell if it's her and two, whoever it is is just eating and watching a game. Even if it was current Maria it'd still feel like an invasion of privacy just because it goes on for so long.

I agree it's less the fact that she's a child and more the fact that it feels like some kind of creeper's failed attempt at an upskirt. If it were a video of a vaguely-Maria-looking 10 year old kid waving and saying, "Hi I'm Makino" to the camera, that would be unobjectionable.

Apologies for posting the clip. Generally speaking, I'm not into any of those kind of "private time" pics/vids at all. It just popped up in my youtube suggestions, and thought it did look like her.
