Good answer from Ayacho. Why would she care about a random member of any other random idol group.
I think the implication was that she's becoming too old to be an idol, because idols younger than her are getting married, or finishing school and starting adult careers, or moving on to more adult jobs within the entertainment industry, or whatever. I think it's a followup to what Ayaka has said before about wanting to remain an idol and the leader of H!P until at least 25, despite her degree in art history and her plan to become a curator, and I think her answer shows she understood the question in that context.
You gotta admit, though, it's a little weird for a postgrad student — in a cultured field like art curation and restoration, no less — to still be working as an idol. I can't imagine balancing those responsibilities; it's been hard enough for the handful of undergrad students in H!P. I don't know much about idols outside of H!P, but are there any others in the same situation as Ayaka?
