After I watched the latest Hello!Sta, all I can say is poor Mizuho. ^^; Like, at first none of the Tsubaki members looked excited for new members, but after they found out Onoda was one of the new members, they probably expected more of their friends joining. Then Ono was introduced and it seemed that everyone except Yumeno didn't knew who she was. At least their relationship can only improve.

Once you start following the trail of Hachikin Girls videos, it's clear that Ayano Kawamura has been building buzz for a while. Much like Rikako did, before H!P recruited her from SCK Girls. Which makes me think yes, H!P has also recruited Kawamura. I expect her to be fast tracked to a debut, possibly even MM 13th Gen.

That feels odd they would throw her into the Kenshuusei only to drop her into Musume a few months later. I think I'd rather see her in a new group considering her age and take some of the older girls with her. But I wouldn't be bummed or upset if she got thrown into Musume.

I'm interested in hearing about the other girls.

I don't think Up-Front can handle any more groups right now. Between H!P and Shadow H!P (including the Buono revival and Miyabi's new group), they're stretched thin. They'd have to do something to make room, like graduate C-ute to a semi-retired, fully adult group.

They probably have to look for more managers to employ if they are planing to create another H!P/Shadow H!P unit. Didn't they had a issue with lack of managers before they added all the new members/units back in 2014?

applying into kenshuusei is probably easier than going through a whole Morning Musume audition process. Kawamura was still working with Hachikin girls during the first audition
