What was Funaki trying to do with the weird running/skipping thing?

Since nobody answered..

On the boards you can see the word 特技 (tokugi) written below each girl's face, which means "special skill." Then each girl's special skill is below that.

ペン回し　penmawashi = pen-spinning
頭皮が異様に動く toubi ga iyou ni ugoku = bizarre scalp move
高速スキップ kousoku sukippu = high speed skip

So basically just a goofy "special" skill she came up with in the spirit of the show.
