is she really the person? I feel like she's more the person who organises it, but its more of a case of whether or not the higher ups choose for her to be as involved? I'm sure she's also personally limited by budget restraints as well. I am curious though if someone were to provide more information on her.

i do love the morning musume promotional campaigns. i think "promotions" in general is different and probably organised not entirely by her.
