I don't cast people away if they made mistake, but they have to prove they are serious to learn and be better from their mistake, and Mari has not prove it to me. She still takes adultery issues too lightly on TV show in which she get teased very so often these days. I know it is a Japanese TV joke, but in Asia, or especially Japan, you can't regain respect from commoner if you keep doing that. And I would not want my kids to hang around with someone like that. These are strong words, I know. Sorry.

Her work ethic is a separate matter though. I think she is still a great TV talent as she used to be, and I still like her for that.

But yeah ... Amped is right. Maimi being Maimi and Ayaka being Ayaka, they are probably happy to see her back. My apology.

Thank you. You do raise a very good point about the public's feelings. There is a risk incurred by Up-Front's rehabilitation of Mari, and it says something about the organization that they are willing to risk that. Even though I was never a big fan of hers to begin with, I'll admit this also says something positive about Mari that the organization feels she is worth the moral hazard involved with her return.

So even though I support the organization's decision here, I can't honestly say I'll remain so sanguine if it turns out to have a real impact on H!P's popularity. Here in the US, I'm pretty sure that Kevin "Elmo" Clash was never invited back to work for CTW even after the charges against him were cleared.

Like I said, if the powers that be thought it'd be an issue, then they would have cut ties with Mari completely and pretend she didn't exist. Cause heck, Mari could take a blade to her belly and some people will still find that as not being enough of an apology. That's the position that's she put herself in.

I think we've all made more than a few mistakes. Maybe not as big as the ones Aibon and Mari, made, but mistakes are mistakes.

We learn from them and move on.
