It's from UpSmile (not an UpFront brand, but a hilarious coincidence). Most of their clothes have a smilie with pop-out tongue somewhere on them.

^ i actually own this sweater. i didn't realize it was supposed to be men's. it has a bigger tongue on the back. i always get comments on it when i wear it.
