I'm the guy who made up the kook theory on how Koharu was bounced from Morning Musume. (Koharu had developed a big ego after doing Kirarin Revolution and having a bunch of successful Kirarin related singles, and had developed a bunch of bad habits (like showing up late for rehearsals) on top of her lack of talent for singing and dancing in a group setting. One day Risa (Ai-chan's muscle) confronted Koharu after she was unusually late without calling ahead and Koharu pulled the "I'm a bigger star than you so you shouldn't correct me" card. Things escalated from there and the two got in a fist fight. Unfortunately for the taller Koharu you don't get to survive in the idol world for as long as Risa had survived without being mentally and physically tough, so it wasn't the size of the dog in the fight that mattered that day it was the size of the fight in the dog. Tsunku heard about the fight and like any good old school pro wrestling promoter he asked who lost the fight and then fired the loser.)

I see Eripon as the person who will be in charge to see if Morning Musume is intact. In other words, she's the enforcer. It sorta makes sense to give her that role since I can't imagine Mizuki being harsh to the others.
