Basically they were trying to scare 12th gen. The power went out, then Yoshizawa and Tsuji came in and there was a bit of chaos getting organised again. Tsuji had made flavourless ohagi, and the girls basically had to lie and say it was good, even when it wasn't (the hosts were impressed by Ogata's reaction, I think).

Yoshizawa then asked everyone who their admired senpai was... of course trying to get them to say it was her. Maria was the only one who said otherwise (Sayumi), and then started crying. (Worth noting that Yossy said she felt really bad afterwards and seemed concerned about Maria.)

Then when they were on stage, they played scary sounds into 12th gen's ear monitors (a male voice saying "help me"), which caused them to freak the fuck out. After the power went out again, the original plan was for the older members to pretend to be dead, and 12th gen to scream and run around. But they just went with it and played dead as well . Then Kei came on stage in that outfit, and the original idea was to scare 12th gen even more, but they were playing dead and just kind of ignored her.

Also, at the end of the segment, Maria said thought the ohagi were flavourless because that was the way Tsuji liked to cook them (as in, she was a boring cook).

I'd say Duu enjoys not being the youngest member lol She spent most of that video trying to comfort 12th Gen after one thing or another Her and Haga was way too adorable.

Maria sticking to her Michishige guns was pretty admirable to watch On the other hand 12th Gen shows that they pick up clues on what the other girls are doing really quickly. This actually is a really good sign that they are going to pick up on MM rules H!P rules pretty quickly. It's nice seeing them think on their feet.

Also Haga is a bit of a baby and I think I really like that about her. It makes you want to spoil her XD

Finally, poor Kei LOL I bet she was so excited to play the ghost. I also loved seeing everyone have more of a reaction to her real face than the mask

That was really fun! Things didn't go as planned at the end, but that was funny as well

Oh, and Maria stole the show! (and to some extent Ogata as well). She was seriously awesome, and poor thing when she cried... T_T I wanted to hug her at that moment! (But the hunk Duu took advantage of that ).

Ogata and specially Maria went up my rankings considerable with this. And the other two girls while didn't stand out as much didn't do bad either. How can a generation so new be this likable!

Compared to last year this was kinda boring. It had funny moments but... eh. \: Expected more.
Yay Haruna and Maria though. Haga was cute, too.
