I pretty much skimmed through most of it as well and only tune in for the rare backstage footage and the occasional interesting mcs/talk corners.

Here's to hoping they change it up for more member interactions/projects/skits/games/whathaveyou and less pvs/performances we can see on their respective channels. Oh and also, hair arrangements are unfortunately very much not my thing

I usually watch the new MVs (I skip dance shots and close-ups unless it's a song I really like OR if it's a KSS song). Most performances I'm not interested in (I've never been keen on watching concerts, unless it's a shuffle I particularly want to see), nor do I really care about backstage footage. Other segments, like solos, hair arrangements and fashion checks depend on how much I like the girl.

My biggest problem with H!S is that it gets uploaded at 1AM my time so I'm usually too tired to stay up for the whole thing and just skip everything save for a few minutes . But hey, I realise I'm in a minority and 9PM JST is a perfectly fine time for them to upload it because that's the timezone most of their audience is in.

Live performances and MVs are what I'm there for. Granted, yes, they could give more interesting performances sometimes -- but like previously mentioned. It's a FREE show that gives MQ footage of things we'll only see ending up on DVDs for some 4000yen (more soon, with tax increase) and brought to us just a week or two after it was actually performed. I love live performances so it's obviously a plus for me, too. But.
Eh. lol. We'll probably get dance club footage soon enough. And maybe something Drama club related too.

was eating while watching ABCDE-E Cha-E Cha shinai live from H!S when Sayumi's CHU appeared out of nowhere...I nearly choked

I love that Ayumin always gets that cowboy hat whenever there's one. She totally fits that image.

What I pay attention to in H!S:
-New PVs and dance shots for songs I care for
- lives mostly from MM '14 since I don't really listen to the other groups
- backstage footage! Probably my fav parts.
- hair segment is fine, somehow I admire the girls to be able to do complicated hairstyles on their own.
- interview between members would be much better if there are subs...if not, I only watch for my fav members.
