No. It was a "lost in translation". Saki drew a cutesy picture of Hitler and praised his "soothing voice" and eloquent speeches. And then did a cutesy impersonation. A stupid mistake by someone who grew up in the Japanese entertainment bubble and genuinely doesn't know better? Maybe. But that doesn't change the fact that she actually was in fact praising Hitler.
We can love our H!P idols all we want, but that doesn't make them perfect.

But for future reference, "forgetting it entirely" does not equal "thinking they're perfect".
