on 5/10, Juice=Juice is invited back to perform again this year at Pony Canyon's Idol event "Idol Survival", they will battle the same idol groups Idoling, Weather Girls, Sanmyu, and Baby Raids. The first one was back in September. Juice=Juice was still new and Karin was injured.

"Great" in this case meant "important", not "good", and that's arguably true with regards to Hitler. And ojisan is a common honorific for older men. It's not being familiar. So there was nothing technically wrong with what she said. It was just a poorly chosen example.

No. It was a "lost in translation". Saki drew a cutesy picture of Hitler and praised his "soothing voice" and eloquent speeches. And then did a cutesy impersonation. A stupid mistake by someone who grew up in the Japanese entertainment bubble and genuinely doesn't know better? Maybe. But that doesn't change the fact that she actually was in fact praising Hitler.

We can love our H!P idols all we want, but that doesn't make them perfect.
