At the evening performance, a mail from Eripon came during an MC.

Eripon: My body is in Fukuoka, but my heart is in Shibuya!
Risa: No, you're doing a live too so your heart should also be in Fukuoka. lol

i was thinking it was pre-arranged, like Eripon was told to send her mail at X-time and Gaki brought her phone so she could "receive" it in front of the audience (or just pretended to receive it at that time). they do that kind of thing at FC events, but yeah, she could have just mentioned it. i have no context other than the tweet.

The tweet doesn't point out that she got it at that time. Though it is very sloppily/casually written, one could write it that same way and mean "She said in the evening MC" and it'd make sense, too.
H!P had concerts until 8PM that day though, so it could still be doable of course. But it'd completely depend on the time and such, but Erina was definitely busy.

maybe it would be better (and more accurate) to translate Japanese as incomplete sentences: "Evening MC, Eripon mail."

I would not be against that. Considering it's a language which relies a lot on context, sometimes it's really difficult to translate accurately.
Though not as much as Chinese, apparently. @.@
