I know I'm not Sohee, but I think it says something like the members wanting to sometimes use a Bunshin Jutsu (like from Naruto, a clone replacement technique) to do various things.

Sometimes they also change places with each other on the left and right like they do in the shadow clone technique.

The above is actually what I figured from the sentence too, but I couldn't quite get the bunshin no jutsu (分身の術) phrase by myself.

edit: just to add to this post. but I believe Tsunku probably told the choreographers to include choreography where the girls switch positions. He doesn't specifically mention Riho and Ayumi's duets at the beginning and end of the song, but that's probably why those duets are there anyway.
