^ I'd bluntly say yes since it's known that the more an idol is well-managed physically, the more spotlight she gets.
Although she looked amazing in Berryz' last Alo-Hello! and she hasn't changed much since, so I guess it's not that only that's getting in her way, but more the general stable position Berryz are in lately that doesn't allow any of the girls to display her charms...

Not having a PB because of body shape/lack of popularity, I get. But being a bad singer doesn't stop idols from having PBs.
