My memory is awful, but didn't she just tell about a dream where a foreigner came up to talk to her and she just said "No No!" as if saying she doesn't understand/don't speak English?

I might be completely wrong. And if she apologized it could still just be her poor wording in Japanese. But I'm pretty sure that it wasn't all that bad but the first couple of translations made it seem racist.
