I wish they would do either duets or other singers besides Mizuki. Like Maachan or Sakura. I would love a Ponpon duet.

What I dearly wish for is for is for staff to not re-use singers. We've had Mizuki, Airi, Momoko and possibly Sakura more than once already. They aren't giving other girls a chance, and I seriously want to hear some of the weaker singers, such as Iikubo, Eripon, Chinami, Akari, Yuka, Sayumi etc and other girls with good voices like Nakky, Zukki, Haruka, Masaki, Okay, Maimi, Maasa, etc etc...

Its become boring seeing the same girls being given the opportunities to sing solo, and never the girls who we barely even see or hear in the official PV's anyway.

I don't think we will ever hear a back girl solo. Unless it is in some FC event.
I need to atleast hear an Eripon and Chii solo.

Ugh, Mai is technically a backgirl and shes had many solos on and off Hello Station.

Anyway I don't know if I'd call Mai a background girl, even technically. She was all over Adam & Eve and everyone takes a backseat in C-ute compared to Airi. I just feel like she gets more attention that Nakky overall.

I think the backgirls Nakki and Mai are pretty balanced.

Nakki: TV stuff and photo books.
Mai: "Meh she'll survive." - Kinda approach. I guess she already has that gimmick as the youngest that works as promotion for her.

Mai and Saki were always the ones who got the spotlight right after Airi/Maimi even in the old days . I've never really considered then background girls , more like sub vocalists like Yurina and Momoko

^^^ I'm not interested in solos from any of those people, except for Chisato. I'm really surprised she hasn't had one yet.

As far as current C-ute goes, Mai, to me, is the only real background girl in C-ute. Airi and Maimi are the true frontgirls (prominent in all aspects of the group). Chisato and Nacky are sort of like in-between frontgirls, being featured a lot in completely different ways (Chisato gets lines and TV stuff; Nacky gets magazine photoshoots, photobooks/DVDs, good dancing positions, and the best position in the profile pictures after Airi and Maimi, usually). Mai gets random stuff every now and then (like Adam & Eve), but everyone else seems to consistently get a lot more focus.
