They're not pushing her just by giving her magazine appearances. Several other Kenshuusei have also been in magazines, and they're not being pushed any more than Rikako is. If it was a solo appearance, maybe, but she's with another girl.

Basically she's not gonna become a "top idol" from having magazine appearances with another Kenshuusei.
