They started from the ones that scored the worst and thus would be less likely to be able to "know everything" blabla. I don't remember how soon up Momoko sat but Tomoko was even further to the "top" than Momoko was. Ah.. No it went Momoko > Maimi.. and then COWCOW I think and then Tomoko. I don't remember the order completely but something like that.
And I don't remember exactly what Kusanagi said, but he did mention deciding the order based on something before the show. Should get it confirmed once videos are up.
