Doesn't matter if they're aged 10 or 100, if they're still the people supporting them and making sure they can perform/get a chance to debut, the kids who are now kenshuusei should be grateful to that as far as I'm concerned. Manners is one of the things they are taught, or should be taught, while being kenshuusei (the debuted members talk a lot about how they were surprised/grateful to how they were taught these things early on) and thus appreciating fans no matter their age/looks/whatever should be one of those things. And I just said ONE of the reasons. She was one hell of a brat early on and thankfully that has cooled down since (watching early footage makes this painfully obvious) and thus I honestly don't dislike her as much as I used to, though she's still easily my least favorite member.
I just can't do brats even if they're 4, 10 or 18, that's all. If you don't have a problem with that, good for you.
Have you hung around a 10/11 year old? Those guys are just rude in general. You can't be forever mad at them. They are just kids. I mean she's 13 now and at that age even a year is a huge amount of growth emotionally and mentally. I mean I think about when I was 10 and I would have probably said something rude and got caught too. I can't believe that was 14 years ago... But anyway I wouldn't take it to heart. I think being bratty at that age is pretty much standard. And she's probably grown alot since then. I think each year since I was 10 I was almost an entirely different person.
Basically I hope you don't think she's a bad person or just really rude overall. Kids say rude things without realizing that they are being rude. It doesn't make them rude in general just means they aren't mature enough to realize that they are saying something offensive. Like all that stuff you mentioned is valid but at that age it doesn't cross your mind. You just see a bunch of old guys and think wow look at all the old men fans... The fact that they are supporting you and your dreams doesn't come to mind until after you offended them. Then you learn from your mistakes and feel bad, eventually growing into a mature polite person. Lol
I think at 10 I was still playing Donkey Kong on my Nintendo 64 lol
