This is not even a rumor, but just a presumtion that because she's in such trouble that AV is the only thing that she could do at this moment.

Btw, is it even possible to register a given name? That will be an interresting legal case, too bad she doesn't have to money to contest it. Maybe she could use the option to just use a different Kanji from now on, keeping her own name, or name herself Aibon as a showbiz name. There should be other options then to do AV. Which is something which I think that if she had wanted or needed to do she would have already done some years ago when she could have gotten more money out of it.
