No. It's like she cut off half of her bob only. I prefer her hair on the covers.
Also Tomoko got her hair cut a lot shorter. If they touch Akari's hair and make it look bad, heads will seriously roll.....

I wanted them to fix up Takagi's hair if anything. I would be cool if she got a split fringe again.

Is this like standard Pony Canyon procedure?? Cos after S/mileage announced their debut they also had to cut their hair.
I'm sorry but image changes are annoying af when they're forced by the company.

I really like both of their haircuts.
Tomoko looks gorgeous and Karin really looks good in hers too. Karin's cut is interesting, it makes her face look younger but at the same time more mature too. Loving it. I hope the other members (sans Yuka as she had it done recently) got something new done too.

The things people wrote about it made it sound like it was the biggest change ever or something. lol Overreacting much.
Besides, it looks great so.

Tomoko seems to have a bit of suberi-chara like Ayumi? lol and Karin's Momochi monomane was priceless.
More TV for them plz.

I like Tomoko's haircut, and even though Karin's look weird to me somehow she's making it work...amazing... Anyways, I think, with my limited knowledge of Japanese, that Karin during the "Watashi no Himitsu" part (My Secret), I think she said that she's jealous of Tomoko because when they were in Hello!Pro Kenshuusei, Karin was a senior member in comparison to Tomoko who just came in, but Tomoko ended up being the Sub-Leader and not her I guess she really did scream when they announced who the Leader and Sub Leader were

No matter what haircut, Karin always looks cute, it's something you can't take away from her

And it worries me that she's having a slow recovery, release events are around the corner, and she won't be able to participate fully. I just hope she doesn't push herself and takes it easy (standing, on a chair, or even on the sidelines when they perform). Her health comes first.

No. She said that despite Tomoko being the subleader, and older, Tomoko still talks to Karin using formal speech (keigo). Which is because Karin is the senpai as she was in eggs/KSS before Tomoko was, but Tomoko is older and the subleader. The host of the show made them talk to each other normally, which was just awkward, but hopefully they'll get there soon enough.

She slipped and fell in late July. Thought it was a sprain at first.
She'll not be dancing for a while (six weeks recovery time).
So only MC & sitting in a chair for her during concerts.
