It really put into perspective how much greater Kenshuusei are to Kenkyuusei.

Especially management wise. Most girls that join AKB aren't even successful after being added to a Team.
Kenshuusei are almost guaranteed a chance of having their own spotlight, also within a group of smaller girls.
