Yasushi/Tana-sataan are because she stumbled over her words. (Minishige-san too, but I don't know if she says that? She has said Michishige-chan though.)
The "Nakajima" and "Yaguchi" to Yajima (which she talks about in TsunClub) is her simply not knowing the name back then, definitely not a joking-thing.
The Harunan names Meshubi/Meshikubo they all have talked about since the day they were introduced as 10th gen members lol.

As far as I know she never called her that directly but it seems Sayu still lets Sato keep addressing her that way when texting.
