This just reminds me about how excited I am for a Riho-Sakura-Mizuki lead. Give them a few years and they'd totally be capable of pulling of Platinum era songs.
Not that they couldn't perform them right now, I just feel like they just don't got that "I've-been-doing-this-for-how-many-years-now-swag/confidence" that the platinum era had while performing just yet (except maybe Riho).

Riho has the stage presence ace-factor, Sakura has the voice, and Mizupon has that completely-capable trait that reminds me of Eri (meaning she's not necessarily the best at anything but she's so well rounded it works perfectly well).

Great performance.
By far the worst aspect of that song generally is the dying cat "wo o oh ho" stuff at the end, but Reina nails it easily.
Eripon's expression reminds me of old-school Socko.
And wtf Sayumi totally sexing the hell out of that song. She's doing a totally different performance than the rest of the girls. Not complaining.

Indeed it was a great performance, I think MM's Anata nashi dewa ikite yukenai was the best one out of the "crossovers", Maimi ruined the Matenrou Show and Chisato wasn't in her best day (she wasn't bad, but she can do better). Berryz' Massara Blue Jeans was good though, it lacked a bit playfulness, but was very good overall.

While Reina is a great singer, I don't think I'll be missing her much. This lineup has several girls who can give something to the group, and are improving each day that passes. Adding Sakura was a great move, 10th gen is really powerful together, and 9th has strong performers in Riho and Fukuchan.

Also, Reina isn't a good dancer so new girls will probably make up for that. To be fair demanding dancing started with platinum era, and it got even harder with colorful era, so it's ok for Reina. New members will be chosen with this in mind I think. Sakura is dancing pretty good, so she wasn't picked only because of her voice. I think it will be an integral factor in the upcoming auditions.
