You mean who has the biggest octave range? High pitched voices don't mean anything for actual notes, it just means when Maachan sings the same note a Haruna, it'll sound squeakier. I'm actually unsure of Maachan's range THOUGH she may be the best bet.

Surprisingly not a lot of girls in H!P right now can hit the higher octave reliably. I'd actually have to do some studying and get back to you on it.

Aka, if they sing the same note, it'll sound more high pitched because one has to sing an octave higher.

girl 1 sings C1 but girl 2 sings C2. (an octave higher.)

Oh. Yeah that's definitely Maachan then, though she can hit the lower stuff just fine. Kana, probably, her singing voice is pretty high.

I'd give lowest tone to Risako or Chisato.

For me it's between Risako and Maasa. Though I think Maasa takes it by a hair.
