So... I'm assuming the producers decided on Waratte Chopin Senpai to dovetail with (or at least inspired by) Honopi's already existing familiarity with the Polonaise?

There's parts I like (and wish were more prevalent), parts I don't, but I think after listening to this a few times & the fanrec again my biggest problem with it is going to be the lack of what feels like a satisfying climax. It's probably not going to be something I can listen to much in a short period of time.

It made me think of Looney Tunes, so I guess that's some kind of a plus.

The way the OOOOO in Beyooooonds is stylized as oversized whole notes on a tiny four-line musical staff is too cute. Clever design detail.

Not to mention the giant baroque-looking 英雄 musical clef.

I'd LOOOOOVE to get that entire design on a T-shirt.

I'll be a little disappointed if the MV doesn't look as nice as the teaser.

I wonder if they'll be doing teasers for all H!P MVs this year.

Since BEYOOOOONDS staff have been utilizing the #shorts from before, I think the teasers will be exclusive for BEYOOOOONDS because they have sub-channel. Other H!P group's staff are comfortable using Twitter or Instagram for teasers like before.

Someone on twitter noticed the static on the TV is the same as the "Go Waist" MV, there's a "Nippon no DNA!" poster on the wall, and Honoka possibly wearing the same uniform as her "Megane no Otoko no Ko" character.
