What was the most surprising thing?
Sakura's transformation from unremarkable S/mileage audition failure to super talented Morning Musume audition ace. And, of course, the announcing of the winner so soon after showing the finalists. I was very surprised. But I didn't mind at all. I love auditions because I love getting new people, but I hate the agonizing, so it was kind of awesome.
What was the most disappointing thing?
Reina's graduation announcement. I was hoping she would last a little longer.
Out of the new members, who's your favourite?
Sakura. I never thought we would get somebody so great. *squee*
Whose graduation are/were you most sad about?
Risa's. It was her time, but I still miss her and her voice so much.
Which releases of 2012 were your favourites?
Renai Hunter, 1.2.3, Wktk, Aitai Aitai Aitai na (Kanashiki Heaven!!!), cha cha SING, Hatsukoi Cider/DEEP MIND, SHERBET, that °C-ute album because of Zuntaka March.
Which releases of 2012 were your least favourites?
Probably Want! First Berryz song I haven’t liked in a while. I hope the b-side is good.
Overall, which group had the best releases?
Morning Musume. I loved everything except for Pyoko Pyoko, which I grew to like.

I guess Mano. I don't really listen to her at all, so that's not really fair, ha ha.
What would you like to see more of in 2013?
Sakura. Multiple b-sides. Cool stuff like C-ute's solo versions of KimiChari.
What would you like to see less of in 2013?
People picking on the girls for their weight. “She’s too skinny.” “She’s too fat.” Just leave them alone.
What are your hopes for 2013?
I want everyone to improve their singing. I really want Riho to stop sounding like she's been singing for three days straight after only singing one song. Please. I want to love you again. ;_; And I want a new group, especially one with Karin, Murotan, and Hamachan in it.
What are your fears for 2013?
Sayumi graduation, I guess. I wouldn't mind getting rid of her voice, but I would miss her presence and worry about how the group would get along without her.
