She is actually being a potty-mouth here, since クソ is an expletive — more literally "Crap!" or "Shit!" since the dictionary definition is 'excrement, feces'. (Though it's a pretty mild expletive in Japanese; Yaguchi says it in "Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari".)
I'm not sure how the title fits together exactly, but something like "Crap, I'm getting help (LOL) Kudō Haruka".
