It's not an exact look-alike deal, but while I was watching one of the goods videos Haruka kept reminding me of someone. Originally I couldn't place exactly who it was.

I finally realized that in a weird way she kept making me think of an early, "Little House on The Prairie" era Shannen Doherty:

The reason to why Takechan is called "Oden-kun" is because of this manga (anime?) that has a character called Oden-kun and the fans thinks she looks like him.
