We haven't had a reveal like this since Kaede. The crowd went insane when her closeup was put on the big screen.

I noticed that the hello Station new member special is 7/2 at 1900. Normal HelloSta is at 2100. So maybe we get the other KSS group reveals next week.

I doubt they'd add girls to MM the day of the their single release and before Ikuta graduates.

Hello! Station is always uploaded at 7pm. Except for when it's uploaded early on big concert days.

I doubt we will see KSS in MM anytime soon considering how it has been, and I really think it is just optimization by UF at this point. MM still sell the most, so they have no need of really strong KSS to help lift up the sell. MM need someone who can dance and have good rhythm more than someone with beautiful voice because their music really does not required really really good vocal to shine as much as say J=J's music. So UF probably think they should put KSS to Anger, JJ and the rest.

So, can the announcement be for Angerme? They are at 8 members, I don't remeber the last time they were less than 9

The announcement I want to see and I think is a lot more viable is an Ange/Morning Audition. You have Morning with the potential to be losing Oda in a year or two, and a 12th gen that are also aging up. Rio in flux is also an issue. They need a good audition pull of drop ready girls or some girls coming from KSS to add to the group. If they do get audition girls they’ll offset that with some weaker kss so they don’t outshine the newbies that have zero fans. If they don’t find any audition girls they’ll just put in stronger KSS or even a mix like Kaga/Yoko situation.

Angerme is a different story as they can go either way with who they put in. They’ve lost a lot of big name girls so could really use an audition to bring a bit of life back to the group and if needed can add in some KSS.

Ocha, Tsubaki and Bynds are also options but no word if Ocha is open to new girls yet or will just continue as they are with the members they have. Tsubaki could use a new member and a KSS or two seems reasonable. I doubt Ami will be there much longer than a year. Bynds still has a potential to add members but not sure if they will or haven’t found what they are looking for. They are still a wildcard at this point.

The KSS as they are now have a few girls that have the potential to be added now but I honestly feel like UF want an audition to place the girls correctly for future growth.
