From what I understand, she has wanted a 5th child since Koa was born but was having a hard time getting pregnant (to the point of visiting hospitals). I'm so happy for her, it must have been so tough! It also sounds like she was about ready to give up with Noa's debut but she was able to get pregnant. She is having a hard time with early symptoms like morning sickness.
