Akari's such an adorable kid with those tiny twinkly eyes of hers. But although she's the baby of Hello Pro, the next youngest being Runo and Wakana, she impresses MIyazaki with her maturity. Miyazaki is also struck by the fact that she's literally twice Endou's age. Also, 2:43 is a good demonstration of how seniority affects bowing. Because Miyazaki bows a full 45 degrees (already further than what is required by etiquette) Endou is compelled to respond with an even deeper bow and holds it just a little bit longer.

- At the Kenshuusei Recital at Zepp DiverCity Tokyo on March 11th, the 3 teams rehearse on stage.
- After rehearsal, Kenshuusei get some pep talk from the teachers.
- Backstage, they are asked how they are feeling. Kenshuusei are wearing their new purple outfits. Then the teachers give one last speech. Goto Hana then led the circle with a speech to fire everyone up.
- Digest of the team performances is shown. First is "BABY! Koi ni KNOCK OUT!"

CM Promotion : ANGERME's new album "BIG LOVE"

- Next performance is "CRAZY ABOUT YOU", and then "Last Kiss"

- At the end, the Kenshuusei Spring Ability Test was announced for April 30th @ J:COM Hall Hachioji

The cutest part is when Rika is like, "So....um....whydja wanna work with me?" and Yukiho responds, "because I admire you..." and Rika's like, "Yebbut what about me do you like, specifically? Deets gyal, me wan deets! Kuwashiku oshiete choudai!!" Okay exaggerating a little but she was transparently fishing for compliments.

What is NEXT IDOL GRANDPRIX?


A contest to determine the pinnacle of the next generation of idols.


New debut idols from all over Japan will compete in a fierce competition for the grand prix.

This is a huge scale idol contest with a total of 10 million yen in prizes.

The final festival will be held at TOKYO DOME CITY HALL in Tokyo Dome City!

And what's more, this year, the contest will be held in the morning of the first day, and a super-luxury festival (NIG Fest) will be held in the afternoon of the first day and on the second day!

This is an idol story that aims for the right to perform on a stage that is the envy of all.

There will also be media such as magazine media / and other people related to the idol industry in attendance.

- A week later, they have a dress rehearsal for their recital performance. They do a run through of the dance and vocals.
- At recital day, they rehearse on stage. They wore one of Morning Musume's concert outfits for the performance. Backstage, they are asked to describe the song. It's a mature song.

All three of them have "Ai" (愛 ; Love) Kanji in their names. All of them read differently. These are all what they call "KiraKira" one of kind names. Everyone is calling them "Triple Love" All three of them from major cities.

- The Dream Collab is Morning Musume. '23 Ishida Ayumi x Kenshuusei Goto Hana performing "Watashi no Dekkai Hana". Ayumi does the rap parts.

- The announcement is that Hello Dream is renewed for a new season as a new show with a new title called "Haro Dori. ~HELLO!PROJECT 25YEARS~" which will feature behind the scenes from not only Hello Pro Kenshuusei of course, but will now include current Hello Pro groups too, and interviews with OG.

Next week, they will start the new season / show, by showing footage from Tsubaki Factory's 6th anniversary live. Plus, rehearsal for the Spring Ability Test gets underway.

New Kenshuusei Kawano Soara was a "Tiara Channel" youtuber under a kids modeling company named Tiara Pro. She probably left the company when she started high school, because members have to leave after Junior high, kind of like the Sakura gakuin system. She also auditioned to be a popteen model in 2021.

I've always loved this song, and Goto is very good, but this performance is a little too soft/sweet for me. It needs the contrast that Tanaka and Iikubo brought to the original. I can tell Goto is trying to perform the two parts differently, and she does well enough with Iikubo's part, but she's not bringing the edge/spice to Tanaka's part.

Also, Ishida is much older and more polished than when she did the original, so… yeah.
