Yeah..... that was, not what I was expecting for a song called YEAH YEAH YEAH. It's more like eh, eh, eh.

More or less my feelings as well. It's fine, just.. not what I was hoping for.

The song is cute and relaxing, very "We're all in this together" kind of vibe. But I agree it should not have been called "YEAH YEAH YEAH" like... I had to listen to it twice to start hearing it for what it was instead of being disappointed by my own expectation. It kind of sounds like they were going for a "Kimi wa Melody" vibe for when AKB48 did their 10th anniversary song. It has the same vibe as this.

It's fine, still hoping one of the other songs is super hyped up though.

Magazine Promotion

Today was magazine interview day for the new Hello Pro All Stars single

Yamaki Risa, Morito Chisaki, Asakura Kiki, and new group member Shimakura Rika were interviewed. Shimakura says she was happy to be together with her seniors. She was nervous.

Magazine Promotion

Fukumura Mizuki and Takeuchi Akari had an interview and photoshoot together for BOMB gravure magazine to promote the new Hello Pro All Stars single. They talked about being in H!P for 10 years starting with Eggs. Release is 9/7.

I'm also of the opinion that a song titled YEAH YEAH YEAH could have more punch, but they look real pretty in that MV preview!

It seems like "YEAH YEAH YEAH" will be pleasant enough, but I hope the other song and video have more impact. The MV for YYY looks pretty but boring.

I think its very Tsunku to have a song sound different to what you'd expect it to sound like based off the title.

But yeah, Yeah Yeah Yeah is very lacking in impact and uniqueness. It doesn't help that they used the same template again for another sentimental a-side.

I need Akogare no Stress-Free to be awesome.
Apparently Hana, Takenaawa no Toki is a cover of this.


But I love Hello History so that's something, I would've preferred that to Yeah Yeah Yeah. Tsunku songs just feel so forced in HP nowadays.
