Idk if my line of thinking is a positive for other fans but I would be so pleased if this was consciously, politically savvy move on her part along the lines of-

"Hmm, how do I increase my fans/how do I become more fans' oshi-mem?"

"Oh, I know. Handwritten stuff from an idol is considered rare/typically raffled off as a premium prize so if I give one to all of my fans at an event... I'll get the collector-fans who prioritze goods/idol memoribilia. If I get additional fans because they think I'm precious [my note, totally borrowed your word, lol], even better."

"YEAH YEAH YEAH" is the worst Tsunku song title since "WOW WOW WOW" (OK YEAH! is pretty bad too). Though somehow I feel like Tsunku's probably forgotten that that song even exists .
