It's unlikely. The moment those licensing rights are shared with another company, for whatever reason, it's pretty much toast.

Today at Tsubaki Factory's major debut day event at Differ Ariake, C-ute appeared on stage to celebrate with them. Tsubaki Factory requested that they sing "Tokai no Hitorigurashi" together with C-ute.
