Personally I think they've known who was picked since a few days after the final audition (ie, we've only known the winners since the 14th, but H!P's higher-up staff and the winning girls (and possibly even S/mileage) have known since a week or more ago) so they've likely already recorded the song during that time, and (unless it's super simple) were also already taught the dance, at least in passing.
OR they'll be recording the PV to Tsunku's vocals.
OR OR they won't have solo lines. Also possible, though as SweetBene said, maybe not likely, or at least not advisable if they want the girls to be able to shine.
