Oscar Promotion has a really strong Model/Actress division. Their most famous faces in addition to Gouriki would be Ueto Aya and Yonekura Ryoko.

They don't really seem to know how to work with idols/singers though. BENI used to be managed by Oscar Promotion back in the day when she was part of Bishoujo Club 21 (31? who cares)/Arashiro Beni signed to Avex. The best management decisions they seemed to make for her all revolved around spokesmodel gigs and not really the music.
