its already official that Tsunku will be producing the support song.

Morning Musume. was appointed by the JOC as the Olympics official support team called the "Nippon! Call Project Ambassadors". They will be cheering on and singing an official song produced by Tsunku, for the Japanese Olympic Team at the Winter Olympics in Sochi, February 2014.

I guess it is possible for it to be the next single's a-side or b-side.
