Like, the most poplar seiyuu are, say, Kugimiya Rie and Tamura Yukari, along with Horie Yui. Then, under that tier (so to speak), there are girls like Tomatsu Haruka, Toyosaki Aki and Hanazawa Kana.

I might be a bit off on that, but Hanakana is one of the most popular seiyuu right now at any rate.
