Nutella cheesecake! Sorry that it was half-eaten there. :fear: My next challenge will be making an actual cheesecake with eggs.

That looks amazing! I once baked a cheese cake and it came out very cheesy indeed, I know you'll have better luck.

I put canned salmon in pasta sauce, and it was pretty good. Chili powder made it even better.

I rarely eat meat anymore because it's kind of expensive at the grocery stores close to my apartment. I try to save money when it comes to food these days >.>. I do try to eat well, since one would feel like crap eating crappy food, so I do eat "real food" for breakfast, lunch, and dinner rather than Pop-Tarts or something.

Last night I had salad with only green leaf lettuce, cucumbers, smoked Gouda, and Italian dressing. The smoked Gouda really made it super delicious <3

Sounds really cool. I like it a lot whne people do care about what they eat and about how they eat it.

I eat mostly fish these days, largely because it's supposed to be healthier than red meat. I've also been eating a lot of fruit, and I try to keep fresh salad greens on hand, so I can eat a larg salad (ideally, every day, although I seem to be too disorganized to do that lately).

I was just being "experimentalistic" so I made pasta, some kind of pasta... :P

I mixed fideuĂ  with a sauce made of pesto sauce, onion(lot of onion), garlic and walnuts (oil, salt). Then I added grated cucumber to give it a little of fresh taste. And yeah, it turned out to be good :-P .
I love experimental cooking.

EDIT: apparently my little sisters doesn't have the same opinion, they absolutely didn't liked it T___T

Young people don't have good taste so don't worry. If you liked it then that's what counts :3

I made a Raspberry cheesecake and it jut tasted plain lol. Next time I'll add the pulp as well and some sugar.

I made mayo by hand yesterday. It turned out beautifully but my arm nearly died in the process.

It tasted sooo sooo good though, so I will suffer for the condiment from now on.

Made coconut rice. I've been experimenting with rice lately, since I eat it all the time.

Ideally I'd be getting some mangoes so that I can have mango + coconut rice (kind of like mango + sticky rice), but I've already bought a lot of food, so I didn't want to get mangoes.

Since the coconut rice isn't as dessert-y as it could be, I decided to just make beef curry (with green beans) and have that with coconut rice. Not bad, but I might save the rest of the rice for dessert. Maybe buy coconut flakes to put into them and make fried coconut rice patties or something.

Oh, yesterday morning I also went to the grocery store to get everything else I needed for my ratatouille.

I have a lot of leftovers in my fridge now because I keep making all these things.
